I just want to start off by saying THIS WOMAN IS SO SWEET! I absolutely loved everything I got, even the pets are so beautiful and well taken care of. I also just absolutely love all the little food trinkets, they are so small and cute! They work perfectly for LPS!

Remember to be patient and kind as she is also handling with other packages, making scoops videos, and other life styles that keep her busy. 🥺🙏🥰 You will still get your order regardless! i was honestly really disappointed with my order. i paid $57, not including another $26 in import fees, and personally did not feel like what i received was worth the price. i understand mystery scoops are random, but i was still really underwhelmed with the lps and little accessories i received.
i also paid to have my scoop filmed and specifically said i wanted to wait until the video was uploaded before my package shipped. i received and opened my package before the video was ever posted. the seller acknowledged this was a mistake and refunded the filming fee, which i appreciated.
unfortunately, i also felt the customer service was subpar. when i reached out to explain that i was disappointed, some responses came across as rude and defensive rather than receptive to feedback. she did apologize at the end, which i appreciated. overall, i don’t feel like the value or customer service matched what i paid, and i wouldn’t order again.
About the video as I've explained previously, I run this shop entirely on my own, and unfortunately a human error was made. It was never intentional, and I have sincerely apologized for that mistake. For the scoop itself, the items you received were consistent with how the product is advertised. My mystery scoop videos (on insta & tiktok) clearly show the types of LPS and accessories customers can expect, and the listing states that contents are random. While I respect that you may not feel the scoop was worth the price personally, I DO NOT FASLELY advertise my products!! I would also like to clarify that the $57 total included shipping. edit:I reached out to explain that my shipments don’t include import fees, u blocked me after I confirmed that the import fee document you sent was actually for a different package, not my order. I hope you'll update your review to reflect that, so it doesn't give people a false impression of my products or service! Wish you all the best!

As someone who found this page randomly on Instagram I can say it’s 100% trustworthy and trust me I’m not the type to just randomly buy online! I loved everything I got and it just brought back so many memories! Shipping might take the average time a week or two maybe more depending on where you live but trust it’ll get to you and you’ll love it !
